In the last episode of the Bill Ray challenge, Eleven Pieces of Eight, we cut, pasted, sliced and diced samples and recorded some riffs over Bill Ray’s drums. In this week’s eposide, we cut, pasted, sliced and diced Bill Rays’ drum track to provide funky beats for well structured 8 bar urban funk and 4 bar nu jazz progressions.
