Back in the late 1980s / early 1990s there was a real good vibe going on when there was tremendous crossover between the genres of dance, hip-hop and R&B. Unfortunately the corporate dollar didn’t like this idea of kids of all cultures coming together (harder to sell cosmetic ads on MTV!) and also of working-class kids enjoying themselves rather than making money for the man. Never mind, the internet has helped the people get their own back, and thus allowed such collaborations such as this to happen! Whether it’s any good or cool or not is down to taste, but the spirit’s in there somewhere!

two interesting plugins used on this are filterizer and moot, both freebies , one is a moog-style resonant filter hp/lp/bp and the other a simple but effective midi muting switch, great for glitch
