I tried to write a song. I had trouble finding words. So instead I’m sharing something personal…
This is the mantra I’ve been singing while playing singing bowls. A cool thing about these bowls is that they naturally produce monaural beats and harmonic overtones at theta 4.39 Hz, 4.4 Hz, 5.86 Hz and 7.33 Hz. Theta is a dreamy, meditative brainwave state that is deeply relaxing and peaceful. When the singing bowls ring together in unity, gamma monaural beats are created. Gamma frequencies can initiate transcendental feelings of oneness.
