This track focuses on Peoples Temple member Christine Miller’s recorded attempt to dissuade the group’s patriarch Jim Jones from initiating the mass murder-suicide that followed. Referring to the many children of Jonestown, she said, “Not that I’m afraid to die. By no means. But I look at our babies and I think they deserve to live, you know?”
