This is more a sketch of an idea than a finished work. It is a reading of part of Walt Whitman’s Song of Myself intertwined with LS’s One True Connection vocal and some of his song bed. This year many celebrated what would have been Whitman’s 200th Birthday. He remains one of my all time favorite poets, and his message is the opposite of the messages we are bombarded with every day. For anyone suffering from the pain of these turbulent times, this is for you.
