Just when I finally thought of something to contribute to By And By I got my idea sniped by Admiral Bob and unreal_dm. :P

Luckily it looks like we each chose very different paths for the song, so there’s really no overlap.

So anyway, here is my little jazz experiment. I arranged the melody of Auld Lang Syne to some totally different chords.

While I’m fairly happy with the composition I’m not terribly thrilled with how the instruments sound… particularly the flute. So, I’m including the MIDI in case someone wants to try mess with some better instruments. (I hate the process of picking a good sounding MIDI instrument)
